When purchasing digital products or enrolling in any education programme:

  • Access is granted for personal, non‑commercial use only

  • Login details must not be shared

  • Access duration (e.g., lifetime or limited) will be specified at purchase

We are not responsible for:

  • User technical issues (e.g., device compatibility, internet access)

  • Loss of access due to incorrect login details

We reserve the right to revoke access if these Terms are breached.

5. Courses and certification

Participation in any education programme does not guarantee certification.

Certification is awarded at our sole discretion based on:

  • Completion of required learning modules

  • Demonstration of movement competency

  • Coaching ability and understanding of principles

We reserve the right to withhold certification if required standards are not met.

6. Payments and refunds

6.1 General

  • All prices are listed in GBP unless otherwise stated.

  • Payment must be completed before access is granted.

6.2 Digital Products and Online Course Content

Many of our education programmes include immediate access to digital course materials. These materials contain the full course curriculum and are considered digital content under UK consumer law.

By purchasing any product that includes digital content, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Access to digital materials is granted immediately upon purchase.

  • Once access has been provided, the full course fee becomes non‑refundable.

6.3 Hybrid Courses (online / in‑person and assessment days)

Hybrid education programmes include:

  • Immediate access to the full online curriculum

  • In‑person workshops and courses

  • Assessment days

Because the online content contains the full course curriculum:

  • Once online access has been granted, the full course fee is non‑refundable.

  • The in‑person day is a practical learning session to consolidate and expand on any online learning. It may include an assessment.

  • Attendance at the in‑person day is required for certification. If you choose not to attend, you will not be eligible for certification. This does not affect the refund policy, as the course becomes non‑refundable once online access is provided. You may reschedule your in‑person day with prior notice, subject to availability.

  • If we cancel the in‑person day, you will be offered an alternative date.

6.4 In‑person events (no digital content included)

For standalone in‑person events:

  • 30+ days before event: Full refund (minus admin fee if applicable)

  • 14–30 days: 50% refund

  • Less than 14 days: No refund

You may transfer your place to another date with no less than 14 days notice.

If we cancel an event, a full refund will be provided.

7. Health and medical disclaimer

All content and training provided is for educational purposes only.

By participating, you confirm that:

  • You are physically able to take part in movement‑based activity

  • You have sought medical advice where necessary

  • You understand that participation carries inherent risk

You accept full responsibility for any injury, loss or damage resulting from your participation.

8. No guarantees

We do not guarantee:

  • Specific physical results

  • Business success

  • Income or client outcomes

Results vary based on individual effort, experience and application.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental or consequential damages

  • Loss of income, revenue or business opportunity

  • Injuries resulting from participation in training

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant product or service.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kim Tomlin, trading as The Movement Hub, its team, and affiliates from any claims, damages or expenses arising from:

  • Your misuse of the Website or content

  • Your breach of these Terms

  • Your actions as a coach or instructor using our education methods

11. User content and submissions

If you submit content (e.g., testimonials, comments, media):

  • You grant us a worldwide, royalty‑free licence to use, reproduce and share it

  • You confirm you have the right to share that content

We are not obligated to keep submissions confidential.

12. Third‑party links

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details.

We reserve the right to:
