Primal Flow was created to solve a problem. That problem, how to deliver effective training without equipment.

We're not giving you another a list of exercises. We are giving you the tools to create your own. Primal Flow helps you create movement experiences for your clients. Experiences that help them build strength, mobility, coordination, agility and fitness.

We show you how to create engaging time-based bodyweight workouts. These workouts can be adapted to suit any individual, environment or training goal. You get to bring your own unique spin to our system.

Primal Flow encourages movement play, problem-solving and movement variability. We start with bodyweight training to lay the foundations.

In our Advanced Instructor Course, we explore those movements that benefit from equipment. This might include hanging, swinging, throwing, carrying or lifting.
